He firmly believes that building strong, long-lasting relationships begins with truly understanding the person, not just the finances. As Relationship Manager, Spencer focuses on making sure each client feels known, valued, and supported throughout their relationship with FirstHarvest.
Background & Experience
Spencer brings more than 18 years of client relationship management experience to FirstHarvest Wealth Management Group. Throughout his career, he has worked closely with individuals and businesses, asking them questions to get to know where they are now and where they’d like to be, and discuss different strategies that will get them there.
Spencer prides himself on his ability to actively listen, understand what truly matters to people, and build genuine, lasting relationships. At FirstHarvest, he works alongside our advisory and service teams to help keep clients informed, anticipate their needs, and ensure they know there is always someone to turn to when questions arise.
Away From the Office
Originally from Utah, Spencer made the move to Salina with his wife and three children in 2025. The small-town atmosphere Salina offers has been a welcome change of pace from the rapid growth in Utah, and Spencer and his family have enjoyed making Salina their new home.
Outside the office, Spencer enjoys spending time with his family as they explore Kansas, play in the yard, or attend community events. He is also a barbecue enthusiast, and Sundays at his house have been declared “Smoky Sundays.”
Giving back and serving others is also important to Spencer. For more than ten years he has been involved with Bikers Against Child Abuse (B.A.C.A.), an organization whose mission is to empower abused children to not feel afraid in the world which they live.
