His team delivers a boutique, relationship‑driven experience backed by institutional‑level insight—helping clients navigate complex wealth decisions related to business transitions, multigenerational planning, investment management, tax‑efficient strategies, and legacy development. The firm’s mission is simple: to preserve, grow, and steward wealth with the utmost care.
Background & Experience
Doug has been a financial professional since 1988 and brings deep market perspective, seasoned judgment, and decades of hands‑on experience guiding clients through economic cycles, volatility, and major life events. His career began with Edward Jones, followed by a long tenure with A.G. Edwards in Salina, which later became part of Wells Fargo Advisors. These experiences shaped his disciplined approach and his commitment to delivering a consistently high standard of service.
In 2006, Doug earned the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation, demonstrating mastery of advanced planning concepts and adherence to strict fiduciary and ethical standards. Today, he applies that expertise to help clients align their financial assets with their goals, values, and long‑term vision.
Leadership, Community, & Personal Commitments
Doug was raised in Wright, Kansas, where growing up on a family farm instilled the work ethic and integrity that continue to guide his leadership and his client relationships. He earned a B.S. in Business from Fort Hays State University, where he also fulfilled his dream of competing in collegiate baseball as a utility infielder.
His commitment to community and service mirrors the values he brings to his advisory work. Doug serves on the Finance and Investment Committees for the Catholic Diocese of Salina, contributes to the endowment board of St. Mary Queen of the Universe Grade School, and supports global outreach initiatives through the Fellow Man International Foundation in Honduras. He is also Past President of the Salina Rotary Club and past volunteer of the Salina Area United Way.
Doug and his wife, Donna, are the proud parents of three children—Ryan, Kate, and Megan.
